MaxWest Environmental Systems designs, builds, owns and operates waste disposal facilities using a time tested gasification process that converts wastewater and industrial sludges into renewable green thermal energy. Our mission is to provide municipalities and industrial sites with a unique system that is safe, cost effective and more environmentally friendly than traditional methods of waste disposal. No more disposal by land spreading or land filling.

The earliest version of the MW gasification system began operating in 1997. Over the next several years, additional systems were installed and the technology continually improved to increase performance, efficiency and adaptability. The MaxWest gasification system focuses on biosolids from wastewater treatment plants and can incorporate a variety of other organic and/or carbon based biomass waste materials as feedstock. Our unique patented process converts the waste stream into green thermal energy and inert ash. Each gasification system is designed and built to fit the specific needs of the location. Because our system is modular and scalable, systems can easily be expanded as the waste supply grows.
